Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Prism, a Userlite product. By using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Using the service

You may use Prism only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you connect to Prism. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use Prism to process data you lack the rights to use.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Prism available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and, from time to time, these terms — we will note the effective date above when we do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
